Grow Your Business Grants

You may be qualified to receive a business development grant from the Victorian Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) under Business Victoria’s "Grow Your Business" program.

Successful grant recipients may receive funding to the value of $11,500 towards undertaking a Business Strategic Review and the production of a Business Development Plan.

The Business Strategic Review will assist businesses to work out how to grow their business into the future. Funding is available for 75% of the cost of the program to a maximum of $4,000. (excluding GST).

The Business Development Plan will help businesses to pinpoint where they want to go and how they are going to get there. Funding is available for 50% of the cost of the program to a maximum of $7,500. (excluding GST)

A "qualified" business is:
 1. Based in Victoria.
 2. Has been in operation for 2+ years.
 3. Generates annual revenues in excess $500, 000. ($1million+ preferred).
 5. Provides 12 month financials and is assessed as being "financially viable".
 6. Has clear business objectives and growth potential.
 7. Is innovation and/or export focused.
 8. Has sound management skills.
 9. An ability and willingness to invest in business growth activities.
 8. Displays a commitment to business development and growth.
