Each Excelerator team member is required to deliver an agreed Scope of Works. The Scope of Works details the content, milestones and the value of the team member’s services. Your Business Development Plan and the businesses Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will be monitored and reviewed at regular Business Development Meetings (BDM’s). These are attended by all Excelerator team members and the businesses management team. Each Excelerator team member is required to drive your business in their respective area of responsibility and to provide the services as agreed and minuted at the BDM’s.
